Hi,
I am just learning how to blog so my page maybe crazy. Thanks to my adopted daughter she started this for me. Brita is a real sweetheart it seem like we have known each other for ever. Its great having her and her family a part of our family. Mindy and I are really loving watching Adie we are getting way attached to adie cakes. She brings a lot of joy to us on the days we have her. I am bound and determined to have her cooking pretty soon. Today Mindy was holding her in the family room and Adie was watching me like a hawk to make sure that I was making the cookies right she was talking in her sweet little way and advising me what to do. Then today My Kayla bug came to see me but I wasn't able to be with her very long. She was checking the closets to see if there were any presents and when I told her where I was going. She said Give me some nuts too and what do they taste like. Steve and I went to Western Nut Company before it does get nutty up there. Today I cooked and cooked and cooked. I made 5 types of cookies today and still have a lot to make. Kayla bug when she walked into the house said Gee it smells good what did you cook today. I miss my little helper but will make a new little helper with Adie when she gets old enough. I guess we all have to grow up some day. I am still trying.

This year has been a great one a lot of changes. I don't get My Kayla Bug every day and also lost her Playmate Austin. They sure were buddies and enjoyed each others company. I have also gotten close again to my good friend Jenice. Which is wonderful to have back in my Life again.
Mindy and I went to Vegas for a Hair show in the summer and stayed with Bob and Jenice. We had a great time . We rented a mustang convertable and went to a show and also shopping of course. Didn't spend to much time at the hairshow but Mindy got credit for the 3 days anyway.
Then for my Birthday Mindy s graduation for Beauty School, we went to New York what a crazy town. We had a great time and Laughed and Laughed. I think Jenice would like to have my Mindy but she is mine.

Michael is going to the U and trying to get through all of his hard classes. He's way to smart for me.
Melanie is advancing in her work all the time and doing really well for her and her daughter. I am very proud of Mel she really works hard. She has Ryan by her side and he is really great to my 2 girls.

I'm getting anxious for Christmas and hope those who can will come to the buffet it is really the highlight to see every one on Christmas.
